I tried to top up online (I'm in the USA) and it says my account is marked as inactive. How do I reactivate it?-UPDATE -resolved through chat.

Unused accounts end up having the number recycled. When did you last use the sim?

You'll have to wait for mods to assist. You need to use the phone every 3 months or this will happen again. They should be able to reactivate the account.
