I have been in contact with the Vodafone Reps on the boards.ie forum but it has been over 2 weeks since I've had a reply so I'm putting my query here.
My mobile was deregisterd for not topping up my account within the 6 months since my last topup. The Vodafone Reps on boards.ie registered my phone and it is now working again.
The problem I now have is that my expired credit of approx €45 has not been restored. According to Vodafones own terms & conditions my expired phone credit should have been restored when I topped up my phone, which I did more than 2 weeks ago. But still my expired phone credit has not been restored.
When you top up, you can make calls for 6 months and receive calls for 8 months. After 8 months your call credit will expire. Once you top up, all previous credit (even expired credit) becomes valid.
For example, if you go 9 months without topping up but have €5.00 credit left, you won't be able to make calls. But if you then top up by €10.00, all €15.00 of your credit will be available for making calls over the next 6 months.
Can someone please look into this and restore my expired phone credit?
I'm really sorry for the delay in responding here. If you private message (via the link in my signature) over the below info, we can take a look into this for you?
