Data roaming not working, although it worked a month ago in different country in EU

I tried to use the data roaming in UK at my last business trip in Jun with 5 GB add-on, but it did not work at all: I did not use any phones with 100 international mins add-on. All add-ons in 20 Euro were just paid in vain.

 

I used the same SIM on the same handset without any trouble in Spain and Germany in May, a month ago. Nothing was changed to my handset and SIM setting at all, but I could not use it in Belgium (transit) and London this time.

My handset works with dual-sims, and the Chinese sim (airsim) worked well on the same handset in UK, which shows my handset does not have any troubles. 

 

I believe something is wrong on the Vodafone side on my SIM account. Could you fix the trouble?

And, I would like you to back the add-ons to my balance, because nothing happened from the add-ons this time. I want to use the add-ons in the next trip to France in a couple of months. 

 

Hope you manage it before expiring the current add-ons.
