Apologies for the delay in responding. I can see that our Live Chat team have since applied a credit to your mobile account in this instance & your credit balance is currently €10.
All PAYG customers are provisioned for four APNs (mms.vodafone.net, live.vodafone.com, office.vodafone.ie & hs.vodafone.ie). Although they may not be visible or the phone may not allow you to manually select one of these APNs some handsets can automatically select a different APN when tethering & we do not remove APNs from network profiles I'm afraid.

I've sent you a PM as that is not what I am reading about on Boards from customers which had the exact same issue as me and APNs were removed from their profile.
I've sent you the link and the name of the Vodafone support person who handled it.
