Hi, I'm just writing in relation to my cherry points. I see that the whole cherry points system was finished on the 27th of this month. I'm just wondering if you had text or emailed your customers about this because I didn't know it was going to be the 27th. I just want to know what happens to the cherry points now?

I can confirm that the below SMS was sent to all Cherry Points customer prior to closure.


Cherry Points is being replaced by Fantastic Days, the new way for Vodafone to reward customers. Download the My Vodafone app for great offers, exclusive discounts and competitions your existing Cherry points for rewards before 27 March 2018. To check your Cherry Points balance, text BAL to 50233 and for more information click T&Cs Opt out call 1800200234


I have reviewed your account and I can see that the above SMS was sent to you on the 15th of February at 12:42.


If your remaining Cherry Points were not redeemed before the 27th of March, these would be cleared down from your account automatically.
