Has anyone had problems trying to change their bundle from €20 per month to €30 permonth. Wouldn't you think that there would be an option to do this on the My Vodafone app. I haven't seen it? I rang Vodafone to be told by some Indian chap that I must ring the 1747 option again and select lost or stolen phones( which was not an option) to change my price plans. Talk about making things complicated fro customers. Does anyone know a simple way to do this? Help?
