I still have the handset and, when charged, you can call it and it receive texts.
When I try to login to MyVodafone I get an onscreen message saying "Account seems to have been marked inactive". This was originally a bill pay phone that, from memory, we changed to a pre-pay as it was not in use properly for a few years. I suspect it was 2017 when last in use.
I aslo tried visiting the retail Vodafone shop in Blanchardstown but the assistant there suggest I contact Vodafone support.
