Hi,

 

I really need someone to look at my account - I have spent over €100 in the last month and I have no credit. 

Can someone advise where it is all going wrong. I also cannot find a number to contact vodafone to discuss my options !

A Vodafone moderatror will be able to asssist once they work their way to this thread.

 

Usually though, credit tends to disappear due to data usage. Do you use data? Do you have a plan that covers data usage?

 

Have you been using the device to tether another?
