I have recently changed over to a vodafone billpay in carphone warehouse but my new phone isn't picking up the sim yet and trying to register online it saying my number isn't being recognise. How do I update this so my sim and plan will be put in place

Good Luck with this,  Mine has been in limbo for over 3 weeks with still no hope of getting it fixed, others on this fourm have been longer.
