Recently upgraded to a new phone. All was fine then suddenly the SIM has stopped working, no network at all. Tried the SIM on 3 different phones, no luck. Went to a Vodafone store in both Galway and Tuam, they couldn't help as it seems there's a problem in the account. Tried to reach customer service, but it keeps me on a call back option.
Any help will be appreciated. Thanks.
