Hi I contacted customer care on the app and by phone on Monday to get my roaming fixed in Mexico. My phone worked here in Sunday and my 3G and texts still work but I can't phone anyone.
I haven't heard anything back and I'm travelling now without means to call anyone. Can you please revert with a solution via message or email.
