Good monring,

 

I woke up this morning with no 3G or 4G signal - it was fine last night.  I've tried the usual suggestions (putting it in and out of flight mode, turning it on and off and hard reset) and still nothing.  I'm just wondering if there is a wider problem this morning or if it is my handset??

Have you credit? Can you make calls or send texts? Can you test to see if your sim card work in another phone?

I am a bill pay customer and if you check my account you will see that all bills are fully paid

I dont work for Vodafone so I cannot check your account. Does the sim work in another phone?
Is data enabled? Can you text and make calls?
