Hi,

I haven't used my sim for a good few months and it now appears to be inactive. I can still receive messages and calls but can't ring or message out. I've added credit but assuming that the fix needs to be fine from Vodafone support. I went into the Vodafone shop and they gave me a new SIM but I guess I need the number transferred to it? Can a mod help me out?
