I have an IPhone 5 and am on pay-as-you-go. I'm in the Netherlands and cannot get data via any of the networks (G2, G3, G4) with the new sim card I got last month (it worked fine last summer with my old sim card).
I've reset network settings, and restarted the phone, and l've got roaming checked. I received a text saying that it was all fine. I seem to be able to send texts.
But most critically, I can't get maps to work. Thoughts?
You could try live chat. To use live chat click support at the top of this page then choose the servuce you need supprot with (bill or pre pay. etc..). Click CHAT icon that pops up in the bottom right hand corner of the next screen.
