4g not working

I've been facing this issue from 3 days last i recharge for a new internet pack and m not able to use 4g ,despite m using samsung galaxy J8 which supports VoLTE but 4g is not working now.. it was working fine before.. infact i called up customer care 3 times they have sent me the APN details i have saved them but nothing happened. Please help me with this
