Hi guys I was wondering if you ight be able to help me.
I am a Vodafone Bill Pay Mobile Phone customer. I have a IPhone 6s and have the 4G option toggled on, on the device. Despite being in a 4G area (verified by a colleague on same network with same devie) I have never been able to above 3G on my device. I have tried my SIM card in other 4G suitable device but again I seem to be limited to 3G.
Can you advise if I need to request a new SIM card or some setting enabled on my account to allow me to access the 4G network?

Thanks for your reply. I have indeed tried my SIM in other phones and I still could not get 4G.
Further I read somewhere to text "4G" to 50221 to enable 4G but I get the following response 'Sorry we don't recognise that keyword, please text 4G to 50221'.
No sure what do you next?
Well thats good your phone should be ok.
I would go into a Vodafone/Carphonewarehouse shop and get a new sim and that should sort you out
