Windows 7 and the 3G modem

Hi All,
We've done some preliminary testing with the 3G modem range on the newly launched Windows 7 operating system and found that with many devices and computers, it works just as well as previous incarnations.
A few issues have been identified:
- When you plug your device in it may take up to a minute before the software installation starts.
- After installation you need to unplug your device and plug it in again, and you may need to restart your computer.
- During use an incorrect message may appear when resuming from sleep or standby. The message can be ignored as a connection can be opened anyway.

Should you experience problems:
- Check which device you are using and visit our software support site to download the latest version of software recommended for your device .
