RAS ERROR 608

Hi All

I am having the same issues with my modem. I think the version of my broadband modem is out of date. I am currently running Software version 9.4.5.19167

I have tried all of the following but it is not working:

Check for a yellow triangle

1. Check for a yellow triangle beside the Vodafone network adapter
in device manager
2. If present right click on it - uninstall
3. Right click on network adapters - scan for hardware changes
4. Attempt to connect again


Check for a disabled Vodafone LAN connection
1. Check for a disabled Vodafone LAN connection in network
connections
2. If it shows disabled then right click and enable it
3. Attempt to connect again


I'll also need your current software version:
Open VMC
Click Help
Click about Vodafone Mobile Connect
If software version is less than VMC 9.4.5.19931 then we may need to run an update.


CAn anyone send me the software update please?
