my phone was barred yesterday. i checked my account and i owed money that i was not aware of. i assumed it was coming out of my account as it was set up as a direct debit. i forgot that i swithced banks around the same time as i got the new package. i paid it in full straight away but i am unable to contact anyone to remove the barr and change my direct debit. i left a message to be called back yesterday and no one has called me.

i need tomake calls quite urgently as i use it for work.

can you help??
