I really don’t want to complain but I feel I’m being left no option. I have been a Vodafone customer for 5 years through a work phone. In feb 2019 I left the company and had numerous issues making my number private and mapping it from bill pay with work to personal. Eventually I resolved my issues and my previous company allowed me to keep the phone.
I’ve found Vodafone customer care in Galway very unhelpful and the company very expensive so I’d like to leave. I ported my number to a new network but my phone was locked so I contacted customer service in the shop who told me to ring customer service. I did this but now I have no service on my phone and I’m in America for 2 weeks and no way of calling home and my account was blocked so I can’t live chat. Can someone please resolve this issue ASAP as I have 2 kids at home in Ireland and I need to be contactable.

To qualify you must meet the T&C's. If the phone was originally bought by the company then most liklely their accoutn controller must request the unlock code. Did they apply for the code or did you?
Please also in your own interest dont post private information on a public forum as it is a security risk. It is also against forum rules. Instead Private message a moderator.
