I recently upgraded my phone on red connect.
In my last 24 month contract I picked the free sky sports option. In this contract I want to pick spotify, but my entertainment package option has not been reset.
I have already been on to live chat to have this reset, but it still has not happened.
Please can you reset my entertainment package.
