I was due an uopgrade on 21st December. I contacted one of your team via chat and this was confirmed and I requested an upgrade to the iPhone 6S which I was told was a free upgrade on my existing package. I was then phoned back by the upgrade team who went through all the legal stuff and confirmed once agaian that I was eligble for a free upgrade to the 6s. Since then nothing has happened I have called about three times and been promised a follow up but nothing has happened. I was advised by one of your support team to go to my local store but when I did they wanted to charge me €149. I was told by your upgrade team twice that the upgrade was free of charge. Please look into this and get back to me.
