I recently went to a store to get all phones in my family bundled to a Family Plan. I was told that my phone number has been tagged as a business phone and unless its moved to the new system they are unable to help me.

My phone is a personal phone and paid for using my personal account, so why is it being tagged as a Business Phone. Can anyone in Vodafone help me sort this out so I am able to bundle our 4 phones into a single plan.

Did you have your phone connected to a business account at any time? Was a former employer paying your bills?
