Switched to Bill Pay, told i can still spend my Cherry Points?

Hi,

 

i was told that even though i've switched to bill pay that i can will still keep and be able to spend the points i ve obtained through the years of Pay as you go, but they are no where in sinht on my vodafone

 

Please advise,
