I’ve just noticed that there’s 2 add-ons on my bill this month, 1: New Stay mobile extra €12.99, 2: New stay mobile extra €11.69. What is this and I do not remember signing up for this. How can I cancel it?

Mods wont be back until Monday to help. You could try live chat. To use live chat click support at the top of this page then choose the servuce you need supprot with (bill or pre pay. etc..). Click CHAT icon that pops up in the bottom right hand corner of the next screen.

Sorry for the delay in getting back to you. These charges are for insurance. The second charge is likely a pro rata charge as you signed up a few days into your billing month.

 

Can you send on your mobile number, date of birth and full address by PM, and we can take a further look at this?
