How do I lodge a complaint here prior to reporting issue to Comreg. I have been charged for Spotify Premium for 2 years as an Add on and also had it as part of my Red Connect package. This was only brought to my attebtion on 31/12/2018 and an email was sent requesting refund. Today I telephoned customer care and was told I would only be given a refund for 6 months. I was then put on hold for 45 mins while trying to speak with a supervisor. I have been chargex for Spotify Premium for January and yet its still not working. I was told I will receive a call back by 6pm tomorrow but wush to lodge a complaint with regards to both advice given prior to Christmas via Vodafone chat and also for todays service or lack there of.
