International Calls - Conditional Call forwarding active

I changed to Vodafone a few months ago and can't make any international phone calls.

 

Asked in the local Vodafone store for help  was told to ask customer support.

 

Chatted with customer support 2 days ago, no fix. They told me it's escalated and I will get an update tomorrow. I asked for a case I'd, unwilling to provide one and no update happened.

 

As soon as I place an international call it cancelles the call and says " Conditional Call forwarding active". I checked under settings -> more setting and all call forwarding is disabled.

 

Any help would be appreciated.
