My name is Tommy Martin, Unfortunately I had an issue with my Spotify subscription and the technical team at Spotify decided to cancel my account and make a new one, but they said I should contact Vodafone so you can help me switch my subscription to my new Spotify account?
I spoke with a couple of support staff on my Vodafone app yesterday but they kept sending me the same link to confirm Spotify add on but it said I already had it.
Can someone please help me on this? A friend of mine contacted ye on twitter and Ash asked him to have me contact ye on here.
