I attempted to resolve a query about my current bill using the Vodafone online chat however I ended up going round in circles.
The agent(s) appeared to have limited understanding of Red Roaming.
I queried high data charges and why I was charged for calls to Irish mobiles, my voicemail 171 and texts to Irish mobiles made fro the USA while availing of Red Roaming.
The agent(s) tried to say the charges were for calls made from Ireland to UK numbers but this was not the case.
They then advised that Red Roaming didn’t always work and I should avoid checking my voicemail when I’m abroad.
Could you please let me know how I can resolve the above ?
