I have rang the 1907 number trying to retrieve my username and password for vodafone but am getting the following message when i enter the account numbers I have for my account (the one beginning in 60 and the one beginning in 19): not recognised as a valid customer.
I need to queary my bill. How can I arrange to communicate with someone from Vodafone to help me?

Are you new to Vodafone by any chance? If so, this can happen with new connections while the number synchronizes across the various systems but tends to clear up within 72 hours based on my previous experience.
