Where do I Start.
Change from eir to Vodafone on the 01/09/18.
Wanted Landline, Broadband, TV and multi room.
Got the Broadband on the 01/09/18 installed. but no TV or multi room or Phone.
Called 1907 twice, Was told it will take 24 to 48 hours to get Phone and TV Working.
Took 4 days to get Phone working 05/09/18 but still No TV.
So Called 1907 again,was told its a software issue and will take 24 to 48 hour.
Waited 36 hour. So called 1907 again 09/09/18
And again was told its a software issue, and the I.T dept are dealing with it.
again 24 to 48 hours.
Its now the 13/09/18
Its now 12 day since installation and Still no TV.
Please can someone at Vodafone Help me

Called 1907 twice, again told 24 to 48 hours.
Still No TV
Its a RED X 3 problem on the TV box, Has to be coded for network.
Asked them to send me one that was coded with mac address to the network.
That way it will only take 24 to 48 hours.
I think that fix is to simple.
The team had just advised me that they had been in touch.
