My phone broke and I inserted the simcard into my old Samsung Galaxy Fame. The Vodafone Protect message came up. I don't know or can't remember the PIN. I select the "Forgot your PIN" link and select "send email". I tried it three times already and am still not receiving the email. The email address is correct and active. I went into our local Vodacom shop and was told they can't help me. Then I called customer service and was told they can't help me, I have to go to a Vodacom shop. This is quite urgent and the lack of support is very frustrating. Iam hoping that someone here might have the solution.

Just to confirm was the phone purchased from Vodafone Ireland?
