My phone broke and I inserted the simcard into my old Samsung Galaxy Fame. The Vodafone Protect message came up. I don't know or can't remember the PIN. I select the "Forgot your PIN" link and select "send email". I tried it three times already and am still not receiving the email. The email address is correct and active. I went into our local Vodacom shop and was told they can't help me. Then I called customer service and was told they can't help me, I have to go to a Vodacom shop. This is quite urgent and the lack of support is very frustrating. Iam hoping that someone here might have the solution. Blessings
