Why is iPhone 7 Plus still showing on my Vodafone app when I have a IPHONE XS MAX since beginning of January. I phone Vodafone but got no satisfaction

You may need to contact Vodafone to update the device on your account. Plus it's also possibly it's in the process of being updated.

Took a few weeks before my S9 plus was showing properly so most likely that's the case.
