On the 10/06 I lost my TV & landline service.


After 3 hours on my mobile phone the TV service was eventually restored.


10 days later the landline still does not work. When you call the number it goes straight to a recorded message “the mobile phone you have called maybe powered down”.


I called tech support on the on the 10th, 12th and 13th.


After talking to support for an hour or so each time the technician promised to call me back but never did.


On the 14th I raised a complaint (HP 8974784). Still no call back from Vodafone despite what they say in their Code of Practice.


I called on the 18th and was promised a call back. It never came.

Is this level of service normal?
