I have not had my phone number ported and my previous supplier has now cut off the phone. I have asked the previous supplier to allow porting of the number to Vodafone.
What do I do to get me phone line back working.
Rining 1907 is getting me nowhere as they say it is with technical support whom I cannot contact and they will not contact me to inform of what the issue. At least up to now I had a phone line.
What sort of cowboy service are Vodafone offering
Mods wont be back until Monday to help. You could try live chat. To use live chat click support at the top of this page then choose the servuce you need supprot with (bill or pre pay. etc..). Click CHAT icon that pops up in the bottom right hand corner of the next screen.
Or call them/drop into a store.
