No landline since SIRO upgrade

As I am now one week without a landline I have a question.

Does this always happen during SIRO installations?  It happened a neighbour of mine as well.

I followed the procedures of connecting and turning off and on router, but nothing

 

If I cannot have a working landline with this product I will have to cancel so I need resolution either way before the weekend so I can cancel during my "cooling-off" period, if required.

We're sorry that you're having issues with your land line.

This shouldn't be the standard for installation.
