Fixed Service Technical Support is not working again

This has happened a couple of times this month. We cannot send emails, our outgoing mail server is and it will not let us send any emails. We can receive fine and the internet is working. 
Please can you rectify this ASAP as it is very hard trying to run a business when our emails will not send.

Same issue here.
It seems to be whenever we upload anything, that the smtp outgoing server is unable to send anything, even with no attachment.
This happens in all email clients.
Very irritating...

There is no error message, it just stays in my outbox and contiunes to try and send it but cannot. 

It is working today but I was 3 days last week with not being able to send an email. 
I could send them from my phone though, using my outlook app.
