To speak with Live Chat, you will need to click this link, under "I need support with..." you will find four headings - select the heading that relates to your query. Once you have selected the relevant heading, our Live Chat icon should appear on the bottom right hand side of your screen. When you click the Live Chat icon, a chat screen will open up and prompt you to enter your name, email address, phone number, DOB and your service type. Once this form is filled in, you would then need to click the red button "Start Chat".

Can you advise if you're still experiencing this issue today? If so, can you please test your Vodafone Ireland SIM card in a different handset and advise if the same issue occurs?
