I have no signal, data and I can't receive calls since moving to bill pay from pay as you go. I am seriously frustrated as I have had trouble with work. I spent two hours yesterday trying to fix it and now I can't even ring Vodafone. I seriously feel like I now have to leave the network as it is not fixed and I can't ring. Would not recommend Vodafone to friends after this. The live chats are busy and I can't ring Vodafone as I now have no signal.
