If you open the following link on your phone over mobile data rather than Wi-Fi, you should be able to setup your subscription?

Additionally, i would strongly recommend not using your actual mobile number as your user name on public forums.

hi, i topped up by 20 euro on thurs 22nd feb and received confirmation of offer, texts,calls 20gb data etc. on tue my data and calls were gone even though i had not used them please resolve, thanks
