I have vodafone broadband and landline. I wanted to sign into 192.168.1.1 and i forgot my username and password so I had to reset my modem. Since then my landline has not been working, the voice light on my modem had been off but I called 1907 yesterday and they got the light back on, however my landline still has an engaged tone.
Can you help?
I would advise giving the technical team a callback on this as they will be able to troubleshoot with you directly to get your phone line back up and running. They are available until 6pm this evening and from 10am tomorrow.
