Have requested a home move since nov 27 and it’s nearly a month now I still haven’t heard anything from Vodafone, I don’t get updates unless I ring 1907. I was given extra data but I’m nearly out of it now only have 797MB left and it’s christmas Eve so that means video calling family abroad is a no go!!!!  Really unsatisfied with Vodafone why is it taking so long to do my broadband home move?????????!!!!!!!!!!!! I was going to get Vodafone tv as well but because of this slow service I cancelled that as well....
