I had to reboot my modem last night and since then the home phone has not come back online. The internet works fine but not the landline. We recently installed Gigabit broadband and had issues with this at the installation aswell

Mods wont be back until Monday to help. You could try live chat. To use live chat click support at the top of this page then choose the servuce you need supprot with (bill or pre pay. etc..). Click CHAT icon that pops up in the bottom right hand corner of the next screen.

Apologies for the delay in getting back to you and we're sorry to hear you're having this issue. It sounds like a fault will need to be logged in order to fix your landline.

To do this you will need to call 1907 ( option 2).
