Max download we've seen in past 6 months based on regular testing via Oookla was back in April at 7.19Mbps & upload 0.94Mbps. Been a significant deterioration over recent months; now lucky to be getting 2-3Mbps down and 0.6-0.75Mbps up. On a good day. If only one user in house then we can get by, however anytime multiple users are online, things grind to a halt. Need a solution please.
I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing an issue with your speeds. We would recommend contacting our technical team directly as they will need to perform some troubleshooting steps with you over the phone. Our Technical team can be contacted on freephone 1907 (option 2) & are available Monday - Friday 9am to 9pm and Saturday/Sunday 10am to 6pm.
They will require you to be at home with your modem available to test in order to troubleshoot with you.
