Hi there,

I have been expericing issues with drop outs on my DSL broadband line for many months now. It seems to disconnect from the internet for 3/4 minutes every few hours every day. The error logs are below:

I am also experiencing slow DSL broadband speeds. I have checked my DSL connection and can see my 'attainable' downstream rate is "5964 kbits/s" and 'attainable' upstream rate is "1040". The actual downstream rate I'm getting is 4096 and upstream is 384. My downstream SNR is 12.6db and upstream SNR is 24db. Downstream line attenuation is 48.5db, upstream link attenuation is 30db.

Would it be possible to re-profile my account so I can attain the highest speeds possible on my line? Please advise your thoughts on this.

Hi there, 

 

Would it not be better to do it via this Forum where by I can share the detailed logs also? We have reset the router in the hope it would fix the issue but it still remains.
