I have put new sim into my fone and it says there is coverage but it’s not receiving calls or txt

Hi there,

The sim is probably not active. You can either go to the nearest Vodafone store to activate it, contact live chat or send a PM to one of the mods with the following and they can look into it for you when they're back:

Mobile Number
Sim card number
Date of Birth
