Hi there, it has been nearly 2 weeks since I contacted you regarding a new landline broadband box and still nothing. I have just been sent a bill to pay on the 19th February for broadband I have not been able to use the last 2 weeks. I was provided with mobilehotspot but it was no use and had to ring a few times to get technical support and the internet was not working. I am finding this whole experience very dissatisfactory. I called vodafone last night to be advised it was outside your working hours and to call you today. I am working and wont get time to call you today, please look at this and advise me asap on this status. Many thanks
