All incoming calls are withheld on my Vodafone landline since mid November. I reported the issue to Vodafone via social media Dec 2nd, 6th ,14th & 19th supplied account address, landline number and DOB as requested. On Dec 4th and 7th, Vodafone said the issue was “under investigation”, still waiting for a reply to Dec 14th & 19th queries. How difficult could this be to fix? Can someone let me know when this issue will be fixed?
