unable to get a new password and overcharged on bill

it is impossible to get through via phone as the most recent bill  last month thatyou sent me has the old account number, you are looking for an acct num beginning with 1

Also I have went through the password reset process on the log in for My vodafone but verification email has been sent.

I would like to get a refund as you have overcharged my bill by €10

it should be €35

Mods wont be back until tomorrow to help. You could try live chat. To use live chat click support at the top of this page then choose the service you need support with (bill or pre pay. etc..). Click CHAT icon that pops up in the bottom right hand corner of the next screen.
