I want to cancel an install and set up of service.
I tried calling 1907 but having no account number or landline number (not set up yet), I'm on a loop being asked for those things!
How do I get in touch with the cancelation team?
I resolved this myself.
For anyone else with this issue. Changing the instal date sends an automated sms, in that SMS was my account number. I was able to use 1907 then.
The number is not currently displayed anywhere in the myvodafone portal and as my service hadn't started, I had no bills with the customer number referenced in it.
